1. We will process the return request within 24 hours of receipt of the request.
2. We will only replace the system or refund after we receive the returned product. We take no responsibility for the loss caused by postal services.
3. The shipping cost of return will be on our company’s account only if the problem that leads to the return was caused by us. Otherwise, the customers should bear the cost.
Stock Hair Systems:
You’ll receive a full refund minus shipping cost and bank service fee if the hair system is not colored, cut, dyed or used in any other way within 15 days of the order delivery date.
Custom Hair Systems:
All custom hair systems can be repaired (except for special base material such as ultra-thin skin) or redone or refunded for quality issues caused by production, and we will pay for shipping if necessary.
If you order a wrong custom hair system by mistake, the system can’t be returned or refunded. However, if the system can be repaired or adjusted as your requests, extra cost may incur.
